Welcome to License Buddy, a browser extension/add-on offered by NH Web Services. The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of License Buddy and its related services. By using License Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use License Buddy.
License Buddy is a Chrome extension that helps users auto fill license input fields for plugins or themes. Our service is designed to make your life easier and more efficient by allowing you to store and manage your license keys in one place, and quickly fill in license input fields with just a few clicks.
Note: License Buddy does not require or support the creation of user accounts. All license key data and preferences are encrypted then stored locally on the user's browser using localstorage. The data is only accessible by the user and is not shared with or stored by License Buddy or its affiliates. By using License Buddy, the user agrees to the privacy policy outlined in section 3 and assumes full responsibility for their license key data.
License Buddy and its content are protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of License Buddy, including but not limited to its software, content, or design.
License Buddy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of License Buddy or the information, content, or materials included in License Buddy. You expressly agree that your use of License Buddy is at your sole risk.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and NH Web Services LTD with respect to the use of License Buddy. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
